You can return to your cart and modify it at any time by clicking on MY PURCHASES in the banner at the top right of the screen.

To order products online, first log in to your Divine account or if you don’t have one yet you can create one by clicking on MY ACCOUNT. Once you have created your account, you can pick up your products in our sections OUR CREATIONS or PLAISIR D’OFFRIR (for the gift coffrets) > choose your creation then choose the format> once you have found the product you wish to buy, add -it to your cart by clicking on BUY in quick version or ADD TO MY PURCHASES on the product page. Each time you add a product in your cart a window opens with your basket on the right if you have completed your order you can click on CONFIRM THE ORDER and follow the steps or then click on CONTINUE MY PURCHASES.

You can return to your cart at any time by clicking on MY PURCHASES in the banner at the top right of the screen.

To order products by correspondence, you have two options:

– Go download your paper order form in the “Contact us” section at the bottom right of the screen in INFO. Print it at home and send it back with your bank details to the following address:

– Call us directly at +33 (0) 2 99 46 56 41, we will be more than happy to help you with your order by phone, thank you for bringing your credit card, a secure payment gateway is available.

Once your payment received, we will send your order which will be delivered to you according to the mode of delivery chosen.

If you ordered and paid for a product but you realize that you have made a mistake, please call us as soon as possible on +33 (0) 2 99 46 56 41 to see if it is possible to intervene in the process of your order and exchange the item.

Otherwise we will send you a good return to make the exchange later.
