Returns, exchanges and refunds – how to return / exchange my product?

If the product(s) in your package doesn’t match your order or you wish to exchange it.

 This is possible only if the product is unopened for up to one month after purchase. We will ask you to send it to us at:  DIVINE PARFUMS, 7 rue Levavasseur, 35 800 DINARD, France specifying your request.

We don’t make refunds but assets.

My package is damaged and my perfume too?

If your package is damaged and the perfume broken inside. Thank you for taking pictures of the whole and send them to us by e-mail to the page Contact us.

Don’t hesitate to contact us on +33 (0) 2 99 46 56 41 then specifying your Name and First name, Order number and date of order.

After receiving the photos, we will do our best to find a solution by sending you a replacement product in express.

Where’s my package ?

Once your order has been prepared and sent, a package number will be sent to you by e-mail.

You will then be able to follow the status of your order by logging into your Divine account, in the “Orders” section.

What are the different delivery methods and prices?

Due to our activity in perfumery which are alcohol-based hazardous materials, we are obliged to follow very strict rules regarding delivery and use of road transport.

We offer the following delivery options and prices:

Delivery in France

– Pickup of your order in the showroom of your choice – FREE

– Chronopost: Express delivery 24 hours – 12.90 €

– DPD Predict: Standard delivery 24-48h with signature at the address of your choice and at the time of your choice: 9 €

– DPD relay point: Standard delivery 24-48h in a relay point chosen by you: 7 €

Delivery is free for all orders over € 160
